Annual General Meeting, Banquet, and Dance

The annual general meeting will take place at the Elk's Hall in Swan River on November 22 beginning at 1:00p.m. All members are welcome to the meeting. In order to vote members must be active at a minimum of four shows in the 2008 racing season. The Board of Directors will meet at the Elk's Hall at 12 Noon prior to the annual meeting.

We are again asking our members to donate 2 or 3 items for the silent auction as a fundraiser for our club.

The Banquet and Dance will follow the meeting in the evening. This event is open to the public. Tickets for the banquet and dance are $20.00 each and may also be purchased for the dance only for $10.00. Please purchase your Banquet and Dance tickets as soon as possible to accomodate catering plans. Music will be provided by The Ken Thompson Band.
